The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has revealed how to check the just issued 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE) results.
The exam body released the results on Monday through its X website.
It stated, “For students who will be verifying results, here are the steps to follow:
Checking WAEC Results 2024 Online.
Go to the WAEC official results checker website: WAEC result checker. (https://waecdirect.org)
Fill out the designated field with your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number.
Enter the four digits of your examination year, e.g. 2024
Select the type of examination.
Enter the e-PIN voucher number.
Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your e-PIN.
Click Submit, and wait for the results window to appear.
Checking WAEC results 2024 by SMS.
- Step 1:
Using your phone, enter WAECExaminationnumberPIN*Examyear (there should be no gap between).
- Step 2:
send to 32327.
- Step 3:
You will instantly receive an SMS containing your WAEC statement of results.
It should be noted that only MTN, Glo, and Airtel subscribers can check their WAEC results by SMS.
Students may repeat the stage if they do not receive their WAEC results by SMS.
SMS costs will be incurred while checking your WASSCE result via text messages.
