American rapper, Belcalis Marlenis Cephus, known professionally as Cardi B, has denied bleaching her skin.
There was talk that the hip-hop star was whitening her complexion.
In reference to the claims, an X user with the handle @blairnmz remarked, “Has Cardi been bleaching her skin?” while uploading a recent image of the rapper.
Cardi B reacted by slamming individuals who suggested she was bleaching.
She explained that she is unable to bleach when pregnant, citing the pregnancy as the cause of her pale skin.
She wrote, “Bleaching while pregnant?” Why must you all be so dumb? Actually, no! I’m pregnant, slightly anemic, and this baby is sucking all of the energy out of my body to the point where I’m pale, eyes sunken, veins green ASF, and can’t tan in the sun because I become overheated and dizzy so quickly. Please stop thinking like an a**hole.”
Cardi B recently revealed that her husband, Offset, is the father of her third child, which she is expecting during her divorce from the Migos rapper.
