Nightlife mogul Obi Cubana has called out his son for showing a lack of respect toward Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, during his 50th birthday celebration in Abuja.
In a video that quickly went viral, Peter Obi was seen walking up to greet Obi Cubana and his son. While Obi Cubana stood in acknowledgment, his son remained seated.
As Peter Obi extended a friendly gesture, Obi Cubana was seen correcting his son’s behavior for not rising to greet the respected politician.
The businessman, who marked his 50th birthday on Saturday, hosted a lavish celebration in the capital city that drew a star-studded guest list.
Among the high-profile attendees were Kanayo Kanayo, Kennedy Okonkwo, Cubana Chief Priest, AY Makun, E-Money, Daddy Freeze, Jowizaza, and Zubby Michael.
