Portable Bags N40m for Boxing Match Against Carter Efe

The controversial “Zazuu” star, Portable, has claimed he is already N40 million richer after agreeing to settle his score with popular streamer Carter Efe in a boxing ring.

Portable broke the news to his fans through a video on his Instagram page, showing off the massive financial incentive behind the upcoming celebrity bout.

According to the singer, the N40 million was paid simply as a “sign-on fee” for confirming his readiness to fight. However, the potential earnings don’t stop there.

Portable revealed that big-name backers Soso Soberekon and E-Money have upped the stakes, promising him an additional N50 million each—and a new car—if he manages to knock out Carter Efe.

“I have received N40 million from the organisers,” Portable boasted in the video. “They paid me the money just for accepting to fight Carter Efe. I’m very sure that I will defeat him.”

He went on to detail the extra motivation behind his training: “Soso Soberekon and E-Money said they will also give me N50 million each with a car if I defeat him.”

The rivalry is clearly mutual. In a separate video shared on his own social media, Carter Efe didn’t hesitate to fire back, calling on the organisers to hurry up and set a date so he can prove himself in the match.
