Singer Zinoleesky has ignited speculation about a possible split from his label boss, Naira Marley. Zinoleesky joined Marlian Records in December 2019, a label founded and owned by Naira Marley.
The rumours intensified after a viral post in which Zinoleesky expressed his resolve to stand up for himself and other artistes who may have been mistreated.
Expressing frustration over the alleged poor treatment of artistes, he emphasized the need for transparency, respect, and fair dealings.
In a post shared on his Instagram story on Saturday, he wrote: “I’m standing up not just for myself but for every artist who has ever felt powerless or taken advantage of. We deserve better. We deserve transparency, fairness, and respect”.
His ambiguous statement stirred discussions online, with many fans revisiting late singer Mohbad’s past accusations and wondering whether Zinoleesky is now speaking up.
This development comes two years after the death of his former labelmate, Mohbad, who had repeatedly accused Naira Marley and his associates of assault and exploitation.
