Iran Missile Strike Kills Eight in Israel

At least eight people have been killed and about 27 others injured after an Iranian ballistic missile reportedly struck the Israeli city of Beit Shemesh, local authorities confirmed on Sunday.

Emergency responders were deployed to the scene to treat the injured and assess damage to residential and commercial properties.

The strike occurred roughly 30 kilometres west of Jerusalem.

The incident comes amid escalating tensions in the Middle East following recent military operations by Israel and the United States against Iran.
