Former and current vice presidents, Atiku Abubakar and Kashim Shettima, met on Wednesday in Jalingo, the capital of Taraba State.
Atiku shared the news in a post on his Facebook page, along with photos of him and Shettima exchanging pleasantries.
He wrote, “I just arrived at the Taraba International Investment Summit in Jalingo. -AA.”
In addition to Atiku and Shettima, several governors and other notable figures are expected to attend the ongoing Taraba International Investment Summit.
The event is designed to showcase Taraba State’s abundant resources and attract both local and international investors by highlighting opportunities in agriculture, energy, and mining sectors.
Earlier, the incumbent vice president, who represented President Bola Tinubu at the summit, officially opened the rehabilitated and expanded Danbaba Suntai Airport in Jalingo.
