President Bola Tinubu has firmly stated that those responsible for the recent bomb attack in Borno State will face severe consequences.
Condemning the attack, which claimed lives and injured others in Gwoza Local Government Area, Tinubu characterized it as a desperate act of terrorism. He highlighted it as evidence of the increased pressure on terrorist groups and the success in diminishing their operational capabilities.
In a statement from his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the president assured that the perpetrators of such violence will be brought to justice, affirming that his administration will not allow the nation to descend into an era marked by fear and bloodshed.
The statement further emphasized that the government is taking robust measures to protect citizens, pledging to intensify efforts to eradicate those who threaten the nation’s peace and security.
