Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim’s wife, Maria João Diogo, is unhappy with her Manchester life after moving from Lisbon with him, according to The Sun.
They tied the knot in 2013 and relocated to England with two kids after Amorim took over from Erik ten Hag in November.
Maria has been struggling to settle into north-west England life, however.
According to United training ground sources, Maria, an extremely successful interior designer and entrepreneur in her own right, is having a hard time getting used to Manchester due to rain, wind, and drab evenings.
She is not the first club staff member’s partner or player to moan about the city.
Having signed for Manchester United in a £59.7m switch from Real Madrid in 2014, the wife of Ángel Di María, Jorgelina Cardoso, formed a bad opinion of the club in a mere 11 months.
