Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for February, equaling the record for the most awards won by a single player.
The Premier League announced the achievement on Friday via X, confirming that Salah has now joined Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero at the top of the all-time list with seven Player of the Month (POTM) accolades.
Salah had an outstanding February, delivering ten goal contributions to keep Liverpool firmly in the title race.
Recognizing his feat, the Premier League stated: “No player has won more EA Sports FC Player of the Month awards than Mohamed Salah. He goes level with Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero on seven.”
With this record-equalling achievement, Salah further cements his legacy as one of the greatest players in Premier League history.
