Osimhen Hails ‘Incredible’ Partnership with Morata

Victor Osimhen described playing with Spain international Alvaro Morata as “incredible”.

Osimhen and Morata led Galatasaray’s frontline in Sunday’s 2-1 victory against Alanyaspor at the GAIN Park Stadium.

This was the second time the duo started a game together since Morata’s January move from AC Milan.

Osimhen netted the winner for Galatasaray in a thrilling match.

The striker is hopeful that the duo can combine to increase the goal tally for the Yellow and Reds.

“It was incredible to play with him. He is a very experienced player. We all know him. He is a team player who comes close to receiving the ball in the attack, helps the team, he is an advanced player,” the Nigeria international told the club’s official website.

“I am very happy to play with him. We hope for a season where both of us score more goals and our momentum increases.”
