Juventus confirmed on Saturday the signing of winger Alisha Lehmann from Aston Villa’s Women’s team.
The Swiss international signed a contract with the Bianconere that will keep her at the Italian club until June 30, 2027.
Lehmann accomplished her “dream” of joining her lover, Douglas Luiz, at Juventus by completing a stunning “couple” transfer from Aston Villa.
“For Douglas and me to be together in the same club is a dream,” Lehmann told Juventus’ website.
“I’ve spent my entire career in England and learned a lot over the years. I came there as a little girl, and now I am more mature.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea announced that forward Sandy Baltimore has joined the Women’s team from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
Chelsea announced on their website on Saturday that the 24-year-old has signed a four-year contract.
After joining Chelsea, Baltimore told the club’s website, “I’m extremely thrilled to be here. It feels amazing. I’ve always dreamed to play for Chelsea, and now look what has occurred!”
