Sky Sports says that Chelsea and Napoli are actively discussing a deal for Romelu Lukaku.
The Blues intend to permanently sell Lukaku to Napoli during the summer transfer window.
However, Napoli wants the Belgian international to take over for Victor Osimhen at the Serie A club.
Osimhen is slated to depart Napoli this summer, and Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing the Nigerian.
Meanwhile, Napoli manager Antonio Conte is also looking to sign Lukaku.
They collaborated while at Inter Milan.
