TRANSFER: Leicester City Identify Wilfred Ndidi’s Replacement

Leicester City have identified their replacement for Wilfred Ndidi. Caughtoffside reports that the Foxes are eying a move for Newcastle midfielder Sean Longstaff.

Sean Longstaff has a contract at St. James’ Park till the summer of 2025, which means he could be available for a cheap price next summer.

Sean Longstaff ,26, has started 24 Premier League games for Newcastle this season, recording six goal involvements.

Wilfred Ndidi could be playing his last season at the King Power Stadium Foxes as top clubs in the Premier League and abroad, including Barcelona push to sign him as a free agent.

West Ham are said to be eyeing him as a replacement for Manchester City loanee Kalvin Phillips while Crystal Palace, Tottenham, Wolves and Aston Villa have him on their radar.
