Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen’s contract contains a clause that prevents him from playing in Serie A for the next two years.
This was revealed by Galatasaray reporter Ali Naci Küçük while giving an update on the striker.
The report comes amid news that Serie A giants Juventus are reportedly willing to spend around €120m on the Nigerian international.
Speaking on the 343 Digital YouTube channel, Naci Küçük added that Galatasaray cannot transfer Osimhen to an Italian club for two years without Napoli’s approval.
Osimhen joined Galatasaray on a permanent deal from Napoli last year after spending a season on loan with the Turkish Super Lig champions.
“Osimhen’s contract includes a clause preventing him from playing in Serie A for two years,” Naci Küçük said.
“There’s a significant compensation involved. Galatasaray cannot transfer Osimhen to an Italian team for two years without Napoli’s permission.”
