The Croatian midfielder, who has confirmed plans to leave Los Blancos at the end of the season, featured in Real Madrid’s 2-0 league win over Real Sociedad on Saturday—his final league appearance for the club.
Speaking after the match, Modric reflected on his career at the Santiago Bernabeu and highlighted the PSG comeback as a defining moment.
“It’s difficult to pick one game to remember, but I’d say the game versus PSG. That was incredible,” he said. “I said we would have won the Champions League if we had won that tie.”
