Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Jr has spoken out over his future amid speculation he could leave the Spanish capital city club.
The forward has been the subject of rumors, with Saudi Arabian clubs reportedly willing to spend big to secure his signature.
The winger would allegedly earn a whopping €200 million per year for five years.
Saudi authorities had already approached the representatives of Brazil, having tested the waters in December.
Saudi Arabia were prepared to trigger the Brazilian’s €1 billion release clause, according to The Sun.
Vinicius Jr’s contract expires in 2027, but Saudi interest pushed Real Madrid to the negotiating table to offer him a new contract.

Vinicius has responded to rumors surrounding his future with a defiant message.
He spoke to the media before Real Madrid’s 2-1 victory over Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
“I am very calm because I have a contract until 2027 and hopefully I can renew it as soon as possible because I am happy here. All the people love me and want me very much. I couldn’t be in a better place than here,” he said.
Discussing the issue further, the winger stated, “I’m here to continue making history, to pay for everything that the president and the club have given me.”
