A departmental building at Kano State Polytechnic’s School of Technology has been completely destroyed by fire.
According to Daily Trust, the polytechnic’s Arts and Industrial Department was completely destroyed by fire early on Tuesday morning.
Saminu Yusif Abudullahi, the spokeswoman for the Kano State Fire Service, confirmed the occurrence but withheld the fire’s cause.
Abdullahi added that although the inquiry was still ongoing, specifics of the reported loss could not be readily determined.
But he pledged to share additional information when the time was right.
