Governor Umar Namadi has lifted the suspension of his Special Adviser on Salary and Pension, Bashir Ado Kazaure, with immediate effect.
Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Malam Bala Ibrahim, made the announcement in a statement.
The statement indicated that the action was sequel to a thorough investigation by a commission led by State Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice, Barrister Bello Abdulkadir Fanini.
“The committee thoroughly examined the events that led to Kazaure’s suspension, which stemmed from an early disclosure regarding a planned N70,000 minimum wage,” the SSG stated.
He further emphasized that lifting the suspension demonstrates Governor Namadi’s dedication to fairness and adherence to due process in governance.
