Speakership crisis at the Lagos State House of Assembly is now seemingly in the past as Speaker Mudashiru Obasa returns to office while Mojisola Meranda empties her office.
Ms. Meranda supposedly resigned in order to assist in creating harmony at the Assembly and the Lagos-governing All Progressives Congress, APC.
Legislators reunited yesterday at plenary to say warm farewell to their venerated Speaker, Meranda.
