Ramadan: PSC Chairman Calls for Prayers for Nigeria’s Leaders and Unity

DIG Hashimu Argungu, Chairman of the Police Service Commission, has appealed to Nigerians to use the sober Ramadan fast to offer prayers for the nation’s survival and the right guidance for our leaders.

In a Sunday statement issued by Ikechukwu Ani, Head of Press and Public Relations, DIG Argungu appealed for rededication in nation-building and prayed Allah to endow Nigerians with mercy, love, and forgiveness.

The PSC Chairman prayed for a peaceful and blessed Ramadan for all Nigerians, saying, “May our prayers for our country and its leaders be answered, and may this fast bring us closer to Allah.”

He urged the workers of the Police Service Commission, as well as officers and men of the Nigeria Police Force, to take advantage of the occasion to re-dedicate their faith in Allah and our nation, Nigeria.

He announced that the march for a greater Nigeria has begun and urged Nigerians to offer their leaders at all levels maximum support.
