The Russian military repelled seven Ukrainian attacks in three settlements and foiled an attempt to enter farther into Russian territory, the Russian defense ministry said on Monday.
According to the government, the attacks were repelled in Martynovka, Borki, and Korenevo over the last day.
Ukrainian mobile groups’ attempts to break through on armoured vehicles deep into Russian territory were blocked in the Kauchuk area, according to the report.
It also stated that a tank, eight Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, sixteen armoured combat vehicles, and fourteen pickup trucks were destroyed.
The Ukrainian military lost up to 260 service members and 31 armored vehicles in under 24 hours, according to the ministry.
