The Lagos State Police Command arrested a 19-year-old lady, Fatimo Agboke, for allegedly stabbing a 20-year-old man to death.
SP Benjamin Hundeyin, spokesperson of the command confirmed the arrest to NAN on Wednesday in Lagos.
He said the incident happened on Monday, September 9 at about 9:20p.m in Ijegun area of the state.
Hundeyin said the suspect was apprehended after the father of the victim.

“The suspect and the victim, Faruk Azeez, were engaged in a heated argument that led to a scuffle.
“In the process, the suspect used a broken bottle to stab Azeez in the neck, which resulted in serious bodily injury.
“In a bid to rush his son to the hospital for emergency treatment, he gave up the ghost,” the spokesperson told me.
Hundeyin added that detectives from the division visited the scene and found Azeez’s lifeless body lying on the ground in a pool of blood with grievous wounds in the neck.
The spokesperson for the command said: “The body has now been taken to Mainland General Hospital in Yaba for post-mortem.
