Ukraine Intercepts 30 Russia-launched Drones

The Ukrainian Air Force intercepted 38 Shahed-type drones from Russia.

According to the Force’s statement, projectiles were destroyed in eight places across southern, northern, and central Ukraine.

Russian forces also fired two Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles against Ukraine from the Voronezh region, according to the air force, without providing any other information.

Infrastructure facilities such as a gas pipeline and a hospital were damaged. The attack in Sumy, Ukraine’s northern city, left one person injured.

On Tuesday morning, Ukraine declared a nationwide air alert when a MIG-31 fighter, carrying Kinzhal air-launched ballistic missiles, took off from a Russian airport.
