According to the UK Sun, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is in negotiations with Leicester City regarding a possible return to management.
Since his departure from Old Trafford in November 2021, the former Manchester United manager has not been employed.
Since then, the 51-year-old has been connected to a number of roles, but he is very selective about his next project.
The announcement of Solskjaer as the Besiktas manager was also anticipated earlier this month, after he had discussions with the Turkish team in January. However, Giovanni van Bronckhorst, a former Rangers manager, was named in his place.
But it appears that he could now start at King Power Stadium in lieu of Enzo Maresca.
Maresca has signed a five-year contract with Chelsea, taking Mauricio Pochettino’s place.
